Our HeatCare service and maintenance contracts are designed to give you piece of mind about your heating system so that everything works when it matters most.
All HeatCare contracts include the following:
- Annual servicing and safety checks of everything included under the contract
- Parts and labour for everything included under the contract
- No excess to be paid for call outs
- Annual dosing of inhibitor for all central heating systems
- Cleaning of all system filters, traps and strainers
- All service consumable costs included (gaskets, seals, etc)
- Service completion certificate
- Efficiency and system performance advise

For just £10 per month or £120 for an annual one off payment.
Service+
This package includes annual servicing of the following:
- Boiler
- Central heating system
- Unvented hot water cylinder
- Magnetic filter
For just £12.50 per month or £150 for an annual one off payment.
Service+UFH
This package includes annual servicing of the following:
- Boiler
- Central heating system
- Unvented hot water cylinder
- Underfloor heating system
- Magnetic filter
For just £15 per month or £180 for an annual one off payment.
Repair
This package includes annual servicing of the following:
- Boiler
- Central heating system
- Magnetic filter
This package also includes breakdown and repair cover of the following:
- Boiler
- Central heating pipework
- Radiators and radiator valves
- Magnetic filter
- Vented hot water cylinder
- Heating controls
- In-line limescale reducer
For just £20 per month or £240 for an annual one off payment.

This package includes annual servicing of the following:
